About Me

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified school counselor with a strong background in education, I have experience supporting both adolescents and adults through individual, group, and family therapy. I entered this field because I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories and the meaningful connections that come from truly listening—qualities that shape my warm, empathetic, and down- to-earth personality as a therapist. Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, crafting, and spending time with my family, all of which keep me grounded, creative, and connected to what matters most.
