John joins Mindful Health as CEO. Most recently John served as Vice President of SUD Development for Summit Behavioral Health. Prior to Summit, John was the President and CEO of Northpoint Recovery based in Boise, ID. Additionally, John founded the Imagine by Northpoint adolescent programs. His many roles at Springstone, led him to support their growth in Texas from 2013 to 2018. John brings a wealth of experience and passion for the behavioral health care industry. For decades he has been a strong advocate in providing access to care for those in need.
Doug Powers, CPA, DBA, is a finance and accounting professional with over 30 years of experience in corporate and venture-backed environments. He specializes in financial reporting, GAAP compliance, risk management, budgeting, and investor engagement, and has led teams across multiple departments. A former accounting professor, Doug focuses on strengthening the financial health of dynamic companies.
Dr. Martha Quiroga is a board-certified psychiatrist and respected clinical leader based in San Antonio. As Chief Resident during her training at UT Health San Antonio, she demonstrated early excellence in both medicine and leadership. She has since held multiple senior roles—including Director of Inpatient Services, Director of Veterans Services, Director of Neurostimulation Services, and Vice President of the Medical Staff—at one of the region’s largest psychiatric hospitals. Since 2025, she has led the medical staff at Mindful Health’s San Antonio location and helped expand a statewide maternal mental health initiative, advancing access to specialized psychiatric care for women across Texas.
Stacy Moseley has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare administration. She has an extensive background in practice management and operations, revenue cycle management, credentialing, contracting, provider relations and compliance.
Stacy received her Bachelors degree from Lamar University and her Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University of Texas. She is also a certified coder through the American Academy of Professional Coders.
In her spare time, she enjoys the sun, the beach, reading, traveling, glamping and crafting.
Dara is an accomplished operations professional with a decade-long dedication to the field. Having specialized in TMS, she has successfully opened 25+ TMS offices for the nation’s largest TMS provider and launched 40+ locations for a prominent behavioral health company on the West Coast. Based in California with her husband, Dara now leads expansion initiatives, TMS advancements, and overall growth at Mindful Health. In her free time, she enjoys immersing herself in books, attending music festivals, going on road trips to try new food, and spending quality time with her puppy.
Judd Carey, LCSW, serves as Vice President of Operations at Mindful Health, bringing decades of experience across clinical care, crisis response, and healthcare operations. He began his career in 1998 providing direct care for children and adolescents, later advancing into crisis stabilization work as part of a Psychiatric Emergency Response Team in Memphis. Building on a strong clinical foundation, Judd transitioned in 2017 into business development and mental health operations, where he has focused on scaling services, strengthening workflows, and supporting high-quality, patient-centered care across teams and locations.
Elaine Stahl, LPC, is Vice President of Clinic Operations at Mindful Health. She began her career in mental health in 2009, working with adolescents and adults in trauma-informed care and psychiatric emergency settings. Elaine joined Mindful Health in 2024 as San Antonio Clinic Director, expanding services and improving client care, and now focuses on leadership development and clinic process workflows to ensure high-quality care across the organization.
Amanda Wilson is the Director of Clinical Services at Mindful Health and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. She oversees clinical programming, staff training, compliance with Joint Commission standards, and outcome measurement across the organization. With extensive experience in trauma-informed and evidence-based care, Amanda has provided clinical services to children, adults, and families, consulted on youth social-emotional curricula, and supervised therapists for over a decade. She continues to practice in a limited capacity while mentoring clinicians.
Jennifer Rodgers is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mindful Health, passionate about helping families heal, grow, and thrive. She specializes in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, PCIT, CBT, and Attachment, with secondary expertise in Neurodivergence and Giftedness. Jennifer earned her M.A. in Counseling from Saint Louis University and her B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University, using evidence-based tools and neurodivergent-affirming techniques to support parents and families.
