Welcome to Operation Resilience

Structured Treatment

Operation Resilience is a four-week Partial Hospitalization Program designed for active-duty service members who need more support than traditional outpatient care.

The program includes:

  • 20 treatment days
  • Monday through Friday programming
  • 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
  • Small cohorts of 12–15 service members
  • Psychiatric and nurse practitioner support
  • Weekly nature-based outings

A Four-Week Mission Journey

Week 1: Foundation and Awareness

Understand trauma, triggers, stress responses, safety, and coping tools.

Week 2: Skills and Resilience

Develop skills for emotional regulation, mindfulness, communication, and connection.

Week 3: Integration and Growth

Challenge unhelpful patterns, process experiences, rebuild confidence, and strengthen purpose.

Week 4: Prepare and Perform

Reinforce skills, strengthen support systems, and prepare for return-to-duty and long-term success.

Care for Military Dependents

We believe supporting the military community means caring for both service members and their families.

Eligible dependents may have access to:

Individual and Family Therapy

Support for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family conflict, life transitions, and other mental health concerns.

Psychiatry

Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and continued coordination with the treatment team.

IOP and PHP

Structured programming for individuals who need more support than weekly outpatient appointments.
