As a clinician, I believe that every person has the capacity to heal and grow when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. My goal is to create a safe space where clients can feel truly seen, supported, and safe to explore whatever they’re carrying.
I approach therapy through a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens, and I draw my experience from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you build insight, emotional balance, and practical coping skills that fit.
I see therapy as a collaborative relationship between the therapist and the client, built on trust and empowerment. Clients often describe my style as warm, genuine, and down-to-earth. You can expect me to show up authentically, to listen deeply, and to hold space for both your challenges and your strengths.
