About Me

With over 15 years in the nursing profession, I recognize the challenges of reaching out for support and applaud you for taking steps to nurture your health. I value empathy, evidence, and education in my practice and specialize in addressing a range of mental health conditions in adolescents and adults.

My experience has allowed the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including those affected by depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, psychosis, substance use, intellectual and developmental delay, and trauma. I do my best to provide culturally considerate care and my comfort level also extends to those in the perinatal period, LGBTQ+ population, military, and those with different religious backgrounds.
