About Me

I am a non-judgmental, open-minded, friendly, & respectful practitioner with a genuine passion to help all people be their best selves! I understand that going to therapy is a personal choice, so I take a person-centered approach when building rapport with my clients. I value each and every one of my clients & enjoy being a part of their journeys to personal growth, healing, and wellness.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family (including four legged), taking long naps, eating good food and enjoying a great book.

Personal Statement

My clients would describe me as easy to talk to, compassionate, honest and a great listener. I believe a good therapeutic relationship is built on creating a foundation of safety and trust. I find it a privilege to be a part of one’s journey to improve, change, or maintain aspects in their life. I truly care about each of my clients’ health and well-being. Providing a safe & growth-focused space is just as important for people attending therapy as the therapeutic approaches & tools used. It is important to me that clients know I care, do not judge, and believe in the possibility of change.

Everyone’s mental health journey is unique, and we’re here to ensure you find the right support for yours.
