My name is Randi Wright, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor. I have worked in Mental Health for over 16 years. I believe that every person deserves to have their voice heard, their pain acknowledged, and their potential nurtured. I serve as the Clinical Supervisor for our Rockwall and Heath locations where I oversee the Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Programs as well as Individual Therapy. I am local to this community and enjoy boating, live music, and playing board games with my husband and three children.
On my days not in the office, I enjoy traveling and going wine tasting with my husband; cuddling with my two dogs, Boba and Nico; listening to podcasts; and trying new dessert spots.

In my practice, I prioritize a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that each person is a unique blend of experiences, strengths, and challenges. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and collaboration. I view therapy as a partnership where clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and evidence-based interventions. I provide individual and group therapy to children, adolescents and teen clients at Mindful Health. The main areas of focus I treat are Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Trauma, School Related Issues, and Issues Related to Family Conflict.
When working with me, clients can expect a safe and non-judgmental space where their thoughts and feelings are honored. I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet each client’s individual needs, drawing from various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and interpersonal therapy. Together, we will explore your goals, identify areas for growth, and develop practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges. I aim to help you gain insight, build resilience, and acquire the tools to lead a more meaningful and balanced life. Whether you are facing specific issues or seeking personal development, I am here to walk alongside you on your mental and emotional well-being journey.
