I grew up in North Texas and I have spent the majority of my life here. For college, I went out of state and received my bachelor’s degree in behavioral science at Utah Valley University. I received my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Letourneau University in East Texas.

While completing my master’s degree, I was also working as a qualified mental health professional at Metrocare Services, which meets the mental health needs of several populations in Dallas. I completed my internship at BasePoint Academy in Forney, a PHP and IOP facility for adolescents. 

I received my LPC-associate license in October of 2023. Finally, I find myself here at Mindful Health. I look forward to learning and growing here.
