About Me

Outside of my work, I’m married and a proud mom of three, with a lively home that also includes two dogs and two cats. Life in our household is full of laughter, love, and a little bit of chaos, which keeps me grounded and grateful. I value connection, authenticity, and finding joy in everyday moments—qualities that shape both my life and my work.

Personal Statement

I’ve always been drawn to understanding people—their stories, their struggles, and the ways they find strength in adversity. From a young age, I was the person friends and family turned to when they needed to talk or make sense of life’s challenges. Over time, that natural curiosity and empathy evolved into a deep commitment to helping others heal, grow, and reclaim their sense of purpose.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in connection. I believe that meaningful change begins in a safe, trusting relationship, where clients feel seen and accepted for who they are. I draw on evidence-based practices while staying flexible and person-centered, meeting people where they are and helping them uncover their own strengths. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s transitions, rediscover resilience, and build the tools to create lasting change. What inspires me most about this work is witnessing transformation—the quiet moments when someone begins to see themselves with compassion, or the spark of hope that returns after a difficult season. Being part of that process is an honor and a responsibility I take to heart. This field allows me to do what I value most: create space for healing, connection, and growth in the lives of others.
