Kayelen Helton

My name is Kayelen Helton, I am Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Master’s of Education in Counseling from Tarleton State University. In 2023, I became a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. I work primarily with children and adolescents, with a focus on behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and stress. I use a Solution Focused approach with a broad spectrum of combined theories and techniques.

There is also a strong need for treatment with performance anxiety and I have been dedicated to help myself and others achieve techniques to acquire stronger performance. I am invested in emphasizing a more integrative, dynamic, and holistic approach to mentalhealth. My passion is for helping others achieve better mental health and a brighter future.
