Personal Statement

I am a passionate therapist, whose talent is working with individuals who find themselves struggling with post-traumatic stress, sexual trauma, traumatic brain injury, depression, addiction(s), mental illness, and co-occurring disorders.

I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotional freedom release techniques, and mindfulness tools to help my clients heal from emotional wounds.

I believe in the “power of vulnerability and how through vulnerability people can gain a better insight to oneself, to begin their healing process.” Using a holistic approach, I provide stress management tools and anger management.

Call to Action

I help my clients create the life they want and deserve. The cornerstone of my approach is establishing a therapeutic alliance, which is essential to my method. Meaning, I will not push, nor pull, a client during their time in treatment. I strive to provide them with the appropriate guidance by walking alongside them during their healing land recovery journey.

Everyone’s mental health journey is unique, and we’re here to ensure you find the right support for yours.
