Personal Statement

Hi, I’m Shelby Chaddick, LPC-S, and I’m passionate about helping people build lives that feel meaningful, authentic, and balanced. I specialize in working with teens, adults, and parents navigating OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, with a special focus on supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and helping clients feel safe and understood.

My therapeutic style is person-centered and flexible, blending CBT, ERP, and other evidence-based approaches to fit your unique needs. I like to think of therapy as a team effort—you bring your story, and together we figure out what helps you feel more grounded, confident, and connected. Together, we work toward breaking patterns that no longer serve you and building new ways of thinking, coping, growing, and connecting that do.
