I am a compassionate and empathetic person who believes in meeting people where they are. I was drawn to the field of mental health because I value creating safe, supportive spaces where others feel heard and understood. My approach is grounded with patience, encouragement, and helping individuals recognize their own strengths. I am there to help support and guide each person to their aspirations.

Tools & Techniques:
Mindful Breathing – Focuses on breathing to anchor in the present; often used with students experiencing intense emotions.
Rephrasing – Helps clients change the way they express feelings or frustrations to uncover the underlying issues.
Journaling – Supports teenagers and adults in processing thoughts and emotions for release and clarity.
I believe that healing comes from understanding the past without letting it control the present. While we may touch on past experiences to gain insight, my focus is on helping clients live fully in the present and develop the skills they need to navigate life with confidence. I create a safe, compassionate space where individuals feel truly heard and supported, and I provide gentle challenges that encourage honesty with oneself and foster personal growth.
I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, manage difficult emotions, and build practical tools for everyday life. My goal is to guide each person toward their own aspirations, empowering them to overcome challenges and create lasting, positive change.
