I have always loved empowering others. My interest in mental health grew from witnessing firsthand the profound impact of neuroplasticity and the resilience people develop through adversity. When individuals are educated to understand and work with their symptoms instead of simply suppressing them and have extra tools for when symptoms get too intense, I have seen remarkable healing take place. When I am not at work, I find restoration in nature, inspiration in art and culture, fulfillment in creativity, and have an unquenchable hunger for learning. I deeply value my relationships with friends and family as well as my faith.

Tools & Approaches:
I treasure building relationships and genuinely believe that each human has intrinsic value with extraordinary skills and strengths woven into the fabric of their being. I love to mentor individuals to uncover the resilience in their story, especially through the lens of neuroplasticity.
I see symptoms as signals—an invitation to explore personal stories and the architecture of core beliefs and to begin the process of restructuring them. Emotional and mental symptoms, like physical ones, signal an inner disruption seeking attention and balance. I love to ask why, to think deeply, and to examine all the parts within a whole system—how they interact and anlayze the mechanisms by which it runs.
Because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, our work is always thoughtfully shaped around your unique story, your goals, and your inherent capacity to transform. Unfold your map, and embark on the voyage to your most authentic self.
Together, we’ll navigate your inner landscape, embrace your resilience, and chart a course toward the life you’re meant to live.
