I believe that mental health is a vital part of overall well-being and that everyone deserves compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to their unique experiences. My approach is grounded in the belief that each person has inherent strengths, even in moments of distress. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, respected, and supported as they work toward healing and growth. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, I view mental health care as a collaborative process that honors the individual’s story, values, and goals.
In therapy, I draw from a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), supportive and motivational therapy, and family therapy. This allows me to adapt my approach to meet the specific needs of each patient, whether that means building coping skills, improving emotional regulation, strengthening family dynamics, or finding motivation for change. Patients can expect a thoughtful, structured, and flexible treatment experience, where we work together to better understand challenges and develop practical tools for everyday life. I am committed to helping individuals and families feel empowered, connected, and more in control of their mental health journey.
