DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Tools
I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and find practical “life hacks” to make life easier and more enjoyable. I also use techniques like role-playing, psychoeducation and creative discovery. My approach is flexible and tailored to each individual, focusing on what works for them, not a “one-size-fits-all” method.
I am curious and open to exploring your thoughts and feelings and behaviors and how they interact with each other. I strive to live in harmony with others and help others seek inner peace, whether with themselves or with their relationship with God.
I understand the struggles of mental health and the shame that often surrounds talking about it. My goal is to create a warm, non- judgmental space where everyone feels welcome. Counseling can be freeing, and I believe we’re not meant to go through life alone. I treat each person individually and look forward to getting creative together to find coping skills that help you live your best life. You do not have to struggle alone. The power of community and sharing your inner thoughts and feelings can be yours. I encourage everyone to start the first brave step of talking to someone whether its new or been years of struggling it is never too late to begin healing.
Everyone’s mental health journey is unique, and we’re here to ensure you find the right support for yours.
