About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years’ experience in mental health care. I work with adult clients to identify their strengths and embrace their uniqueness. I create a safe, non-judgmental environment in which clients are free to tell their story.

Personal Statement

As a clinician I believe that genuine, positive regard for self and others is key to wellbeing. I encourage clients to embrace their truth and to view their lives through a lens of self-compassion. I work with clients who are struggling to navigate life due to various issues, past and present, such as trauma and life events. In therapy, I work collaboratively with the client to focus on the primary issues, identify their goals, and together we formulate a plan to achieve these goals.
