From a young age, I’ve been deeply attuned to the emotions and needs of those around me, which shaped my passion for both mental health and education. My desire to help others and build meaningful connections led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a mental health counselor, I’m committed to fostering authentic connections that allow space for creativity, vulnerability, and trust.
I deeply value individualized, equitable care because healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. I believe in honoring each person’s unique needs and strive to meet them where they are, offering support that is personalized and responsive to that provides a glimpse into the clinician’s their journey. With a strong commitment to advocacy and social justice, I focus on helping others align their lives with their values, passions, and interests, empowering them to become the best versions of themselves.

I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and the two are deeply interconnected. My approach to therapy emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and empowerment. I recognize that no one knows a client’s needs better than they do, and I see my role as a supportive guide in helping them advocate for themselves and align their lives with their values and interests. Life is about more than just surviving—it’s about finding joy and thriving, even in the face of an unpredictable and challenging world.
In our sessions, clients can expect a balance of structure and creativity. I integrate humor, play, art, and other expressive tools to create a space for healing and growth. I take a values-based approach rooted in frameworks like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) mental health, their approach to therapy, or what patients can expect when working with to help clients focus on what truly matters and channel their energy toward meaningful goals. I also draw from Interpersonal Therapy them.
(IPT) to explore relationships and build supportive communities, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reframe unhelpful thoughts into perspectives that foster growth and self-compassion.
I approach my work with a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming lens, ensuring clients feel seen, valued, and understood. I strive to provide empathetic and compassionate care while encouraging clients to embrace their authentic selves. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels safe and collaborative, and my goal is to help clients thrive by building self-acceptance, resilience, and confidence. Together, we can create a world where kindness, connection, and understanding take center stage.
You may not be okay today, but you are still many worthy things. Your mental health matters, and you don’t have to work through it alone. Let’s work together to create a life that aligns with your values and brings you joy. Once you reach out, know that you will be supported and cared for every step of the way.
