Our Holistic Wellness Program offers comprehensive care aimed at supporting your overall well-being through natural health foundations and personalized holistic resources. Available at all our clinics, this program is designed to help you achieve and maintain optimal health. 

What We Offer

Holistic Health Foundations: Our holistic wellness providers focus on the core foundations of health: breath, nutrition, presence, rest and movement. We begin by setting personalized health goals and creating a plan to support these essential areas, ensuring you have a strong foundation for your overall wellbeing encompassing mind, body, and spirit.  

Nutritional Health Coaching and Life Coaching: Our holistic wellness practitioner will guide you towards a brighter future as a Life Coach with tools to free you of anxiety and depression bringing you back into balance with a greater connection to your intuition. Our holistic practitioner will guide you through your growth of self-acceptance, self-trust, and creating presence with Oneself through self-discoveryLife coaching is done through a multifaceted approach of creating a road map based on your six human needs developed by the Robbins-Madanes Training. Other modalities used for nutritional coaching were created by the Institute Of Integrative Nutrition. Our coach will assist you with autoimmune disorders, weight management,  pain elimination, and healthy eating habits.  

Reiki Energy Work: As a holistic practitioner, unblocking energy channels and releasing emotional and energetic stress is done through mindful relaxation techniques including breathwork, meditation, and reiki. Reiki therapy is an ancient technique used for stress reduction and relaxation based on the Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body. The practitioner places their hands just above your body to help guide this energy in a way that creates more balance within the body.  

Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT): Our certified practitioners guide you through a 12-step program using essential oils to dissolve negative thoughts, feelings, and memories. This technique, developed by Dr. Benjamin Perkus, is one of the fastest, gentlest, and easiest methods to achieve emotional freedom and mental clarity. 

Emotion Code Technique: Developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, this technique helps release emotional distress and trapped emotions that can impact your physical and emotional health. By using muscle testing, our practitioners quickly identify and release these hidden emotional energies, helping you feel lighter and more balanced.

Mindset Training for Athletes: Our holistic approach extends to athletes, offering techniques like Optimal Brain Organization, Brain Gym, Touch for Health, and Meridian Body Energy Balance. These methods help prevent injuries, enhance agility, improve coordination, and build mental strength, ensuring athletes perform at their best.

Therapy can help clients process past experiences and gain awareness of how their experiences have shaped their lives. Behaviors that made it possible to endure difficult circumstances in the past may be causing chaos in the present. Therapy provides clients the opportunity to share their story with an experienced clinician who can offer an individualized approach and assist the client in gaining a new perspective. The therapeutic relationship provides the client support and encouragement to make changes to enhance their lives.

The first appointment is the opportunity for the client to meet with our clinical staff and work together to identify the best treatment options. The client will be asked to share reasons for seeking care, their history, and what they have done to resolve problems in the past. The therapist clinical team will want to know how the client is navigating life (i.e., stressors, relationships, work, etc.) and what the client hopes to accomplish through therapy treatment. By the end of the appointment, we will review our team’s recommendations and get you started on your wellness journey.

Mindful Health accepts most commercial insurance carriers including Cigna, BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Magellan, and more! Mindful Health may be able to secure a single case agreement with the client’s insurance company pending in-network enrollment. Clients can also contact their insurance company to see whether they will cover the costs and how much they will pay. Clients also have the option of filing their own insurance claim after their encounter. Mindful Health can provide an itemized statement of services with industry recognized procedure and diagnosis codes. Some clients choose not to file on their insurance, citing concerns that insurance companies require a mental illness diagnosis in order to pay a claim.
