Health Foundations: Building the Core to Your Wellbeing

Have you ever set a health goal and been overwhelmed and/or quit before achieving it? Have you ever thought, “If I just had somebody for accountability”?

Helping clients get to the root of their problems and heal their bodies with holistic resources is my passion. I focus on how to apply natural health foundations to help support a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Emphasis is placed on understanding the human organ systems and what it takes to promote optimal health from the inside out, as well as the lifestyle choices and recommendations necessary to care for yourself, your family, and your community.

Health Foundations: Building the Core to Your Wellbeing

Goals and Health Foundations are among the first things I set up for you as a client. Health Foundations are the core to health—mentally and physically, it all starts here. Air, Water, Food, Exercise, and Sleep. Where do you need help? What goals do you have?

As a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, I know how emotional roots are linked to the success of health goals, and in those root experiences, we will go into deeper work.

    Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT)

Certified in the Aroma Freedom Technique by Dr. Benjamin Perkus, I guide clients through this 12-step program designed to dissolve negative thoughts, feelings, and memories using essential oils. This technique is fast, gentle, and effective, helping to clear mental and emotional blocks quickly.

Aromatherapy: More Than Just a Pleasant Scent

Did you know that smell is our most primitive sense? The olfactory bulb lies at the very top of the sinus cavity and is directly connected to the brain, extending into the limbic system where we process emotion. Incorporating aromatherapy into wellness routines has been shown to calm stress, influence the nervous system, relieve pain, improve mood, and promote relaxation.

Different essential oils have distinct benefits:
    • Lavender: Helps with relaxation and sleep
    • Peppermint: Energizes and relieves headaches
    • Eucalyptus: Clears sinuses and promotes respiratory health

Incorporating aromatherapy into your daily wellness routine can be simple and deeply impactful.

The Emotion Code Technique: Releasing Hidden Emotional Burdens

The Emotion Code Technique, developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, focuses on releasing emotional distress that may be weighing you down. Using Muscle Response Testing (MRT), I identify hidden trapped emotions, which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. This technique helps to quickly and safely release those emotions so you can experience a sense of lightness and emotional freedom.

You might ask, “What if I feel like my emotions or memories are blocked?” That’s where techniques like Aroma Freedom and Emotion Code come in. These modalities are specifically designed to help clients who feel stuck or unable to access certain emotions or memories. During your evaluation, I determine if one of these techniques would be a good fit for your needs.

Balancing Holistic Practices with Conventional Treatments

For some clients, holistic practices serve as a replacement for medication or talk therapy, especially in private practice settings. Here in the clinic, however, I work alongside other therapies to complement what’s already being done. It’s important to note that holistic care doesn’t have to be an “instead of” option. Many people find that combining these techniques with traditional mental health care enhances their overall well-being.

In Conclusion: Wellness Freedom is Possible

My passion lies in helping clients release emotions that are making them sick, finding the root cause, and guiding them toward wellness freedom.
