About Me

Dr. Cameron Culver is not your average psychiatrist. Sure, he’s double board-certified in General and Geriatric psychiatry with extensive clinical and leadership experience across public and private inpatient and outpatient settings. But what sets him apart is his passion for healthcare that extends beyond the clinic to embrace technology and health policy.

Dr. Culver earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Baylor University and his master’s in health science from Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. He obtained his medical and public health degrees from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, and then completed his residency and fellowship training at the University of Texas-Southwestern.

Dr. Culver believes in a collaborative, mindful approach to care that considers individuals, families, and communities. He’s always eager to learn new things and share his knowledge with others, which is why he’s constantly bringing innovations in access, clinical outcomes, and patient success to enhance future experiences in care.

When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Culver indulges in his hobbies, which include fly fishing, spending time in nature, and imagining the bagpipe solos he’ll one day play for us. With Dr. Culver on your side, you can trust his whole-person approach to care that walks alongside you in your path to health and wellness, alleviating suffering, and fostering wellness across the lifespan.
