About Me

Hello and welcome, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor always seeking growth as an individual and as a professional. I work from a holistic, eclectic, integrated approach.

My educational experience allowed me to facilitate dialectical behavioral therapy classes as well as individual counseling for an array of mental health problems in youth, adults, and the geriatric population. I plan to continue further certification and education in many counseling approaches that align with my values as a counselor and are also ethical according to ACA standards and ethics.

I have outpatient, intensive outpatient, and inpatient experience that has allowed me to expand my experience in the realm of mental health. I am a jack of all trades.  My hopes and aspirations are to continue to make a positive impact in the mental health field and contribute to society.

I am a Texas native and during my spare time you can find me at your local taco truck, coffee shop and hanging out with my furry four-legged friends!

Personal Statement

I chose this career not only because I have a passion for it but to also be a part of a holistic approach that provides a safe, therapeutic, and individual-centered space for all who are seeking therapy and growth.

Therapy is not a one size fits all, and as a therapist I understand the importance of having a diverse approach in my counseling methods. We, as individuals, are all unique and I strive to treat all my clients with an empathic, understanding, and diverse therapy approach.

I am a big believer that with the right skills, we can manage life stressors and challenges more successfully, and that each of us have a tool belt, ready to be filled with the right therapeutic tools to assist with your personal life goals.

Everyone’s mental health journey is unique, and we’re here to ensure you find the right support for yours.
