About Me

“I entered the mental health field because I noticed how often people struggled with all facets of what is ultimately the human condition. I decided to be someone who can bear witness to, hold space for, and hopefully encourage the humanity of others.”

Bianca is particularly passionate about improving parent-child dynamics, self-esteem building, assertive communication and boundary setting, and supporting clients through traumatic losses and experiences. Beyond clinical work, Bianca enjoys salsa dancing, hiking, going tubing, and any activity with her white husky dog Khaleesi!

Personal Statement:

My therapeutic approach often merges mindfulness and meditative practices with cognitive behavioral and trauma informed interventions. I believe that being aware of emotions, sensations, and feelings experienced in the body is key to helping the brain interpret and communicate needs. I strive to provide warm, collaborative, and empowering care to clients, enabling them to approach life challenges with renewed confidence and a well-rounded mental health tool kit.

Call to Action:
